The Daily Doodles |
My name is David Michael Chandler, and everyday I will post a Daily Doodle with a story attached to it. Everything you see here has been written, drawn, and coloured all on my lonesome. I hope you enjoy them, or die trying. Please E-mail anytime at thedailydoodles@gmail.com |

Eliana screams at the world, and it slowly passes her by.
She doesn’t get a second glance and wishes she would die.
Maybe then they’d notice, and remember her at last
But suicide’s no option; she wants a life that’s vast.
As she’s eternally ignored, she slowly fades away
Incapable of standing out even in the light of day.
She walks among us still, invisible to all
Quietly waiting for her turn to be the Belle of the Ball.
While she has slipped through the cracks, she will climb back up
Dancing, singing, and Drinking Life from an overflowing cup
Her image will take shape, but for now her mold’s not set
Someday she will show the world she is not someone to forget.
