The Daily Doodles |
My name is David Michael Chandler, and everyday I will post a Daily Doodle with a story attached to it. Everything you see here has been written, drawn, and coloured all on my lonesome. I hope you enjoy them, or die trying. Please E-mail anytime at thedailydoodles@gmail.com |

His tolerance level for Blur (the opiate like hallucinogen administered through an eyedropper which gives warm, soothing visions beyond description) having grown over the years, Thomas Marks was used to going above and beyond each previous dose.
This time, he may have gone too far.
The euphoria he normally feels was suddenly replaced by dead emptiness… and then he saw it. The infamous “Blur Ball” of legend has materialized before him, and he remembers all of the warnings he shrugged off over the years— “How could everyone have the same vision?” he always asked himself. But here It was… the Blur Ball Itself, the last thing the Blur addict sees, here to bring the inescapable dead emptiness of the afterlife.
Thomas also heard, from the rare elderly Blur addict he met over the years, that if you can outrun It… you can live. You just have to last the duration of your dose.
So, for two days, he runs.
