Years after she slashed the Achilles tendons of all of her parent’s party guests, Young Esmeralda Martinez has blossomed into a charming 12 year old girl.  And ever since she started the experimental and controversial off-shore “Mental Reprogramming” sessions with Dr. Hans Gunther, she once again has not had visions of Susie— her evil twin that has haunted her ever since dying in childbirth.

And now, the cutest boy in the 7th grade has asked her out for Valentine’s Day; her very first date!  Her parents think she is too young and prone to sudden murderous rampages, but Dr. Gunther suggests that the more “normal” childhood experiences Esmeralda has, the better.

Before the appetizers could even arrive, the trouble begins.  The Cutest Boy in the 7th grade EVER reaches out to hold Esmeralda’s hand, sending a flutter of butterflies into her heart.  She gazes into his dreamy eyes… but then the blue shadow of Susie fades into view. 

And Susie doesn’t look happy.

Using only a butter knife, Susie makes Esmeralda decapitate the Boy and carve out his heart.  As blood gushes everywhere and the other customers scream, Esmeralda places the heart on top of her head like a ruby crown and regally strolls out of the restaurant.

She was caught 3 weeks later, attempting to stow away on an ocean-liner set to cross the Atlantic.
